The most common way to start the return process is when the customer logs into their online store account and creates a pickup request. Our API allows the ecommerce platform to automatically send the pickup request information to us, enabling us to direct a courier to the specified address for product pickup.
If your online store lacks a return request form, you can use the Pickup Request menu in our client interface and request a courier to pick up the shipment based on the information provided by your customer.
An additional option for yоu is to specify one of our warehouses as a local return address in the “Return Conditions” section of your online store. This allows customers to send their returns using a courier of their choice without requiring intervention from euShipments.
After initiating the return process on their own, your customers can create a Pickup request. They can select an exact day, time, and location for a courier visit, including their home or office. Afterwards, our team receives the information automatically and executes the product pickup.
In the other case, once you receive the necessary information from your customers, simply log into your client panel on our platform. In less than a minute, you can fill out the return request for a courier visit, and we also provide return labels to simplify the process.
When the consumer chooses to return the shipment independently to our local reverse logistics address, there is no need to create a pickup request because the shipments arrive directly at our warehouse.
Once a return request is created, either the customer or the online merchant selects a convenient day and time for a courier to visit the specified location to pick up the product.
Our network of courier partners across various countries handles the subsequent logistics. This includes packing the product and transporting it to your address or our fulfillment warehouse, depending on whether you utilize our fulfillment services.
Alternatively, we send the product directly back to your warehouse, regardless of its location. We consolidate these returns along with undelivered shipments that failed to reach the final recipients due to reasons such as incorrect addresses.
These shipments are returned to you based on pre-agreed terms and schedules, such as weekly, monthly, or once a certain volume is reached. Throughout this process, our system constantly updates the Track & Trace information for each shipment. Automated emails inform you about the scanned and processed shipments, including a packing list that details the expected returns.
In addition to these steps, our customer service team will address any customer concerns and provide you with updates throughout the process.
