We started a new exclusive series on the national broadcast of Darik Radio – “Online sales and deliveries in Bulgaria and abroad”. For half a year, every month we will invite eCommerce experts for a live discussion. They will be guests in the morning block Darik Cafe with hosts Mihail Dyuzev and Ivo Raichev. We will talk about international deliveries, fulfillment, trends, growth, innovation, technology, customer experience and marketing related to online sales in Bulgaria and Europe.
On January 31st, the opening episode of the series was made by Plamen Stefanov – creator, owner and CEO of Cocosolis – a Bulgarian cosmetic brand extremely popular throughout Europe, which creates organic, environmentally friendly products for body, face and hair. The company is a long-standing and valued client of euShipments and one of the many successful brands we have the honor to work with.
Stefanov, accompanied by Svetlozar Dimitrov, commented on Darik Cafe online sales and deliveries to Europe and how the specialization of euShipments in logistics for online stores was the reason for starting the partnership between the two companies more than 6 years ago. The discussion with Dyuzev and Raichev focused on the importance of knowing the local delivery specifics in each country, as well as adapting the Check-out page of the online store to these specifics.
Showing successful eCommerce stories directly “from the kitchen” is the idea behind Stefanov’s participation as the first guest of the series.
