euShipments.com AD has entered into a definitive agreement for Austrian Post to acquire a 70% ownership stake. The strategic acquisition will reinforce our position as a regional market leader, accelerating service diversification and geographic reach.
BlackPeak Capital will fully exit their investment after supporting our growth into the leading integrated cross-border delivery and fulfillment platform in SEE.
Over the past two years, we successfully executed a targeted M&A strategy, completing four strategic acquisitions in Bulgaria, Croatia, Romania, and Slovakia. These investments expanded our operational footprint, strengthened regional capabilities, and enhanced our ability to deliver exceptional service quality—driving increased demand from merchants across Europe.
Founded in 2012 by Lora Dimitrova (Shareholder & IT Product Owner) and Svetlozar Dimitrov (Shareholder & CEO), euShipments.com manages the complete logistics cycle for online retailers – from fulfillment and domestic/cross-border deliveries to value-added services such as returns management, Cash-on-delivery, IOSS solutions, and more. Retailers benefit from access to our full logistics mix via one contract, one integration, and one interface.
Today, over 1,300 customers rely on our expertise. We operate 7 owned e-fulfillment and cross-border facilities in six countries and partner with 60+ last-mile carriers, offering more than 800 delivery methods.
“Our clients demand the very best—operational excellence, reliability, and constant innovation. Guided by their expectations, we improve technologically and operationally every single day,” — Lora Dimitrova, Co-Founder & IT Product Owner, euShipments.com
“Our success stems from a clear, customer-focused strategy. Listening to merchants has helped us build new services and expand coverage in line with their needs. Together with Austrian Post, we are opening a new chapter of regional growth. This partnership will strengthen our position, broaden our service portfolio, and enhance efficiency—enabling merchants to deliver more competitively and without borders,” — Svetlozar Dimitrov, Co-Founder & CEO, euShipments.com
In 2022, BlackPeak Capital – backed by institutional investors including EIF, EBRD, and IFC- invested in euShipments.com to support the next stage of our development. Throughout the partnership, BlackPeak collaborated closely with our founders and leadership team to build the leading integrated regional e-commerce logistics and fulfillment platform in SEE.
Their support enabled:
“euShipments.com is a testament to what a strong team can achieve with the right vision and support. We are proud of the progress made since 2022 and confident that the partnership with Austrian Post will unlock new opportunities across Europe,” — Angel Stefanov, Partner at BlackPeak Capital
The founders of the acquired companies – Matej Javorek, Stefan Popa, and Ondrej Holik, will continue to lead euShipments Croatia, euShipments Romania, and euShipments Slovakia, respectively. Their leadership remains essential to developing and strengthening the euShipments.com brand in local and regional markets.
Upon closing of the transaction, euShipments.com will continue to operate as a stand-alone entity within the Austrian Post Group, preserving our current business model while enhancing operational capabilities, expanding service range, and strengthening partnerships.
Austrian Post is one of Europe’s most established logistics groups and the leading postal, parcel, and logistics provider in Austria. With operations in 13 countries and access to over 150 million consumers, Austrian Post brings extensive expertise and scalability to our further growth.
“This acquisition strengthens our presence in SEE and expands our international e-commerce offering,” — Peter Umundum, Management Board Member, Parcel & Logistics Division, Austrian Post
“euShipments.com complements our portfolio perfectly and marks an important step in our LEAD 2030 strategy, positioning Austrian Post as a leading e-commerce partner in Austria, SEE, Türkiye, and beyond,” — Walter Oblin, CEO, Austrian Post
