This significant event was officially signed on March 5th, when the necessary documents were certified by both parties.
Swiss Point Data has become the next company to join our logistics group. This non-organic growth is part of our development strategy supported by BlackPeak Capital.

Founded in 2002 by Ondřej Holík, Swiss Point Data (formerly Swisspoint s.r.o.) will contribute to the development of our group with its more than 20 years of experience in the field of eCommerce fulfillment and logistics. The company is based in Bratislava, and the Swiss Point Data fulfillment center itself is located in the suburban town of Senec – only 15 minutes from the Slovak capital. This strategic hub provides online merchants with an extremely fast connection to all of Central Europe through its location:

Swiss Point Data is a highly valued logistics partner also for its flexibility in providing solutions for businesses of all calibers. The company optimizes its fulfillment and logistics services both for start-up online stores and large and well-established international players. This ability to adapt to the individual needs of eCommerce customers will be particularly useful in the development of the logistics group.
Significance of the deal with Swiss Point Data for online merchants
All current and future Swiss Point Data clients will have access to an expanded range of services as part of our logistics network. They have over 50 courier companies at their disposal, as well as 600+ delivery methods and over 100,000 Out-of-home (PUDOs, lockers, etc.) locations in the EU. Online merchants receive huge opportunities to penetrate new European markets and scale their business. Also, Slovak e-stores can benefit from the geographical advantages of the other 12 fulfillment centers in our network and specially developed injection point locations for easier transit of their international shipments.
In turn, the remaining clients of the logistics group will be able to benefit from the significant optimizations for deliveries in CEE that the presence of this new logistics hub brings to our network. The improvements will affect not only fulfillment and cross-border deliveries, but also return and exchange processes – the so-called. Return management. The Swiss Point Data hub is available to act as a reverse logistics address for shipments in our network.
The new deal with Swiss Point Data comes just days after for a second consecutive year we were ranked in the FT1000: Europe’s Fastest Growing Companies 2024 by the prestigious Financial Times. Our CEO Svetlozar Dimitrov commented on the intensive business development of the company:
