Under the agreement, we have two backup servers (backup infrastructure) in the colocation environment managed by Delta Cloud. This configuration offers several key advantages:

• Geographical resilience – the availability of backup machines in an independent facility increases our core system’s resilience to local problems (e.g., power outages, accidents).
• Security and maintenance – the infrastructure at the Delta Cloud center is secured with physical security, climate control, fire alarm systems, and redundant infrastructure. 
• Network connectivity – Delta Cloud provides independent Internet routes and connections to multiple providers, as well as direct connections to major European exchange points.
• Administration and monitoring – the Delta Cloud team provides support, monitoring, and server administration services as needed. 

This mechanism ensures that we have a backup infrastructure that can be used when needed or in emergencies, without investing in own facilities outside our main hubs.

In the opposite direction, Delta Cloud relies on our expertise for logistics services. One interesting case is campaigns with seasonal gifts (e.g., Christmas gifts) to Delta Cloud customers. In such a scenario:
