euShipments.com has acquired 100% of the Slovak fulfillment and cross-border logistics company FHB Group, adding its two facilities near Bratislava to our network of 10 owned fulfillment centers across Europe. This further expands our operations in this strategic region, building on the established presence of our local entity euShipments Slovakia.
For our clients, this means increased fulfillment capacity, highly automated warehouse operations, faster order processing, and greater scalability across Central Europe.

FHB Group is one of the leading fulfillment providers in Slovakia and the region, offering comprehensive eCommerce logistics solutions – storage & order fulfillment, cross-border delivery, returns management and COD solution. The company has particular expertise in the field of automation and technology-based fulfillment processes. It operates two facilities near Bratislava – Svätý Jur and Triblavina, with a total area of around 50,000 sq.m. with automated packaging lines, sorting systems and conveyor technology.
The Svätý Jur facility offers approximately 27,000 sq.m. of warehouse and office space, and combines substantial storage capacity with highly automated packaging and sorting operations. The facility serves as the departure point for daily direct linehaul connections to ~10 countries.
