euShipments Group performance in Q1 2025

Q1 2025 is a quarter of progress, continuously impressive operational performance and thrilling news for the further development of euShipments Group. We affirm our position as one of Europe’s most trusted eCommerce fulfillment and logistics providers.

In 2025 the euShipments Group continues to expand and optimize its operations to reflect on the evolving eCommerce industry in Europe. Online customers increasingly shop across borders and demand more and more flexible delivery options. Our strategic improvements align with these trends, following our commitment to be one-stop-shop for all fulfillment and logistics needs of our clients.

euShipments Group finished 2024 with almost 10 million processed shipments, or approximately 30 million delivered products on behalf of our 1000+ eCommerce clients. We closed Q1 2025 with nearly 3 million processed shipments. Given the fact that the first quarter of the year is the least busy for the eCommerce logistics and fulfillment industry, our performance in Q1 2025 in terms of shipments indicates another dynamic year and further growth of the euShipments Group.

Our fulfillment capacity in Oradea, Romania was successfully expanded with nearly 4000 sq.m. of operational space – now we are operating with a warehouse space of 20,000 sq.m, giving us the capacity and flexibility to fully support eCommerce growth during peak seasons – and beyond. We also expanded our facility in Ruse, Bulgaria, increasing the total operational area with 1400 sq.m. to the current total of 12000 sq.m. Another fulfillment optimizations are already in the pipeline and scheduled for this September – 2000 sq.m. of brand new operational space and offices in Sofia, Bulgaria, and 3000 sq.m. of additional warehouse area in our logistics hub near Bratislava, Slovakia. Along with our fulfillment warehouse in Zagreb the total own operational area of the euShipments Group exceeds 40 000+ sq.m. dedicated to accelerating the business growth of our international eCommerce clients.

To optimize our transit times, in Q1 2025 we launched a new domestic line-haul route within Bulgaria – connecting the city of Varna (on the Black Sea coast) to Ruse, our key fulfillment and cross-docking location near the Romanian border. With this addition, every 24 hours, our international line-hauls connect 18 operational hubs and inject parcel volumes in the depots of over 60 last-mile couriers across the continent. Furthermore, with a series of optimizations, in Q1 we improved the transit times from Croatia and Slovenia to multiple destinations, and from Romania to Slovakia, the Czech Republic, and Poland.

As a technology-driven business, in Q1 2021 we completed the following new integrations with leading eCommerce platforms and last-mile delivery partners in some of our key markets – Amazon; Convert Builder; Base (formerly Base Linker); Box Now for Greece, Cyprus and Croatia; PPL for the Czech Republic and Germany; GLS for Romania; Austrian Post.

The dedicated euShipments.com’s IT division enhanced dashboard analytics and deployed new functionalities in our proprietary Client interface. All of these designed to ensure fast and accurate logistics processes and support the further growth of the online merchants.

For another time the euShipments Group’s efforts in providing efficient and tailored solutions to the clients’ needs haven’t gone unnoticed. We are proud to share about new awards and recognitions that showcase our commitment and passion in eCommerce fulfillment and logistics.

euShipments.com was awarded “2nd Best Fulfillment and Optimization Solution” at the eCommerce Germany Awards. LinkedIn voters selected the company in the first round of the assessment process, while an expert jury evaluated the winners in the second round. Vichren Bisset, CCO & Board member of euShipments.com, received the award on stage during the eCommerce Berlin Expo 2025 on 19th of February.

For a third consecutive year euShipments.com is one of Europe’s Fastest Growing Companies in 2025. The company was once again included in the famous FT1000 ranking of the Financial Times and Statista. This year’s edition was published on 4th of March, marking another milestone for Q1 2025.

Stefan Popa, CEO of the euShipments Group member Helpship, was included in the Forbes 30 under 30 Europe. This honorable recognition in Q1 2025 follows Stefan’s inclusion in Forbes 30 under 30 Romania in the second half of 2024. Since joining the euShipments.com Group, Helpship has made a strong impact in strengthening our logistics network across Europe – with its CEO’s vision and leadership playing a key role in shaping our joint success. Big congratulations to Stefan for this well-deserved recognition – a true leader in the next-generation eCommerce logistics in Europe.

The prestigious Bulgarian business media Capital published its annual report for Transportation and Logistics with an overview of 2023. The ranking is based on revenue from sales of companies in the Postal and Courier Services and 2Other Postal and Courier Services sectors for the fiscal year 2023. While euShipments.com is not a traditional postal or courier company – as it exclusively handles and delivers parcels for eCommerce – it has once again secured a top position (#6) alongside Bulgaria’s largest courier networks.

As the euShipments Group continues to grow and evolve, we initiated the rebranding process of the three group members – Pick&Pack, Helpship, and Swiss Point Data. All of them will soon be rebranded as euShipments.com. This strategic move aims to create a unified brand identity and strengthen our market presence and brand recognition. While we are changing the brands, our services will remain intact. Every euShipments Group client will continue to enjoy the same high level of services, further improved through time.
