The strong momentum of dynamic growth, expansion and operational optimization in the first quarter of the year has continued in Q2 2025. euShipments Group has faced its strongest Q2 period to date in terms of processed shipments, new clients onboarding and overall business development.

Below we are sharing an overview of the most exciting updates in our eCommerce logistics network for the past three months – from April to June 2025.

In Q2 2025 the euShipments.com logistics group continues to reach new operational heights. We managed to process and deliver 3,5 million shipments. The total shipments volume in Q2 2025 has increased by more than 64% year-over-year. That said, in the past quarter we successfully delivered over 9,8 million products for our e-clients. This growth is driven by onboarding of new eCommerce clients and continued cross-border expansion of the current clients. With improved fulfillment productivity and new enhanced cross-border delivery options euShipements.com is equipped to continue driving clients‘ success.

Based on the strong shipment volumes achieved in Q2 2025, euShipments Group is expected to exceed its budgeted target of ~14 million shipments for the full year. This performance aligns with both the growing need for high-quality eCommerce logistics solutions in CEE and the euShipments continues investments in infrastructure, optimizations, human capital, and overall client growth.

euShipments Group continues to advance in software development and logistics infrastructure. During Q2 2025 we invested into new storage systems, packing machines, and other warehouse equipment for our logistics hubs. As a technology-driven business we upgraded servers, software tools, and IT equipment.

  • ConvertBuilder

The recent integration between euShipments.com and ConvertBuilder in Q2 2025 brings together end-to-end logistics and powerful customer engagement. With this integration, Convert Builder users can now automatically sync orders with euShipments.com’s cross-border fulfillment and delivery network. They’ll also be able to access real-time delivery updates directly in their ConvertBuilder workflows and create hyper-targeted campaigns based on shipping status and delivery speed. This integration aims to help euShipments.com’s clients seamlessly scale across Europe with localized fulfillment and personalized marketing.

 

  • Base (formerly BaseLinker)

To simplify operations for all online euShipments.com’s clients using Base, in Q2 2025 we have developed a reverse integration that synchronizes our multi-component fulfillment and logistics software with the Base platform. This ensures that all online orders in Base are synchronized with our system, so they can be fulfilled by our team and dispatched for cross-border delivery. By combining Base’s centralized order management with euShipments.com’s eCommerce fulfillment and delivery expertise, eCommerce businesses can focus on growing their marketing and sales while we handle the rest.

 

  • BoxNow

In Q2 2025 euShipments.com expands last-mile delivery options with BoxNow’s smart locker network, now available for Greece, Cyprus, and Croatia. This integration enables direct access to BoxNow’s 24/7 parcel locker infrastructure through euShipments.com fulfillment and logistics system, offering greater flexibility and convenience to end eCommerce customers. By combining BoxNow’s trusted local delivery network with euShipments.com’s cross-border logistics expertise, online merchants benefit from improved delivery speed, real-time tracking, and higher conversion rates in key Southern European markets.

Additionally, the dedicated euShipments.com internal IT team constantly improves our proprietary eco-system of software solutions, including Client interface, WMS and fulfillment software, SDK etc. During Q2 2025 new optimization and functionalities were released, helping eCommerce players to further enhance and automate critical business processes.

Our rebranding strategy continues throughout Q2 2025 and according to plan. We completed the first and second phases of the process and we are expecting during the next quarter the rebranding strategy to be completed and all euShipments group members will share the same euShipments.com brand features while maintaining their ongoing business processes and services intact.

In the last days of Q2 2025 a new cutting-edge website of the euShipments Group was launched. The new platform is designed to offer more comprehensive information about our services, solutions, and market coverage. It features modern design, improved navigation, expanded content, and a user-centric structure to better support current and future eCommerce clients at every stage. It’s now easier than ever to explore what euShipments.com do and how we help eCommerce brands scale across Europe.

At this stage the new website supports 4 language versions – English (main), Romanian, Bulgarian, Slovak, and Slovenian. Additional 3 languages – Croatian, Hungarian, and Polish are under development. The multilingual expansion of the website is aligned with our broader strategy to strengthen brand visibility. All these languages reflect the strongest eCommerce markets in CEE, where euShipments.com has established a solid operational presence and growing client base. By localizing the platform, we aim to significantly improve the digital experience for the online merchants.

The euShipments.com new website is a large-scale project, involving some of the best web performance teams in Europe. The custom platform development was conducted by eDesign Interactive – a well-established, award-winning full-service digital agency, recognized by AWWWARDS, Webby, CSS Design, FWA, Lovey, and Davey Awards for consistent quality and UX leadership. The content strategy of the website was led by SERPact – full-service SEO company with over 3000 complete projects to date, one of the best-in-class SEO agencies globally (according to the prestigious Global Search Awards). Backed by top-tier experts, the newly launched group-level platform aims to provide a centralized overview of the euShipments.com’s logistics services portfolio, an always-on digital asset to further support our lead generation and dynamic growth.

  • Balkan eCommerce Summit

Held in Q2 2025 in Sofia, Bulgaria, Balkan eCommerce Summit (BES) is the most reputable and exciting eCommerce event in the Balkan region, and one of the largest e-trade-related summits in Southeastern Europe. Traditionally, euShipments.com is among the main partners and sponsors of BES. At this year’s edition, euShipments.com showcased its latest innovations in cross-border fulfillment and delivery. Our team of experts was available for one-on-one consultations, sharing insights on optimizing logistics flows and navigating the complexities of cross-border eCommerce. Additionally, euShipments.com participated in keynote sessions and panel discussions, reinforcing our role as a trusted logistics partner of eCommerce businesses in the Balkan region and beyond.

 

  • Digital4Sofia & Case study NL Beauty

In Q2 2025, during the event Digital4Sofia, Svetlozar Dimitrov, CEO, and Vichren Bisset, CCO of euShipments Group, presented a case study to the event audience. The case study observed euShipments.com’s partnership with one of the most reputable and fast-growing eCommerce brands in Bulgaria – NL Beauty.

This partnership and case study impresses with the extremely short period of time euShipments.com’s team managed to significantly optimize the overall business of NL Beauty. The full operational configuration was completed in 24 hours, and the onboarding process was completed within a week. As a result of excellent coordination between the teams, an impressive 1,5 million products were accepted at the euShipments.com fulfillment center in Ruse, Bulgaria, in the first month of the partnership. And in just a month and a half, over 10,000 online orders were successfully delivered.

NL Beauty implements the full range of logistics services offered by euShipments.com, including Fulfillment with Custom packaging, B2C and B2B orders, B2B assembling, Domestic and Cross-border deliveries, Cash-on-Delivery, Returns management, and Reverse fulfillment.
