euShipments Group closed November 2025 with its strongest results ever, setting new records in shipment volumes and network performance during one of the most demanding months for eCommerce logistics. The achievement reflects the successful cross-border expansion and significant increase of online sales of a growing number of eCommerce clients throughout the year. Below you can find a detailed breakdown of the key metrics and results generated by our clients and teams in November.
At the peak of the eCommerce season, in November 2025 our logistics group achieved the following fulfillment and cross-border delivery KPIs:
*Refers to all online orders generated and synchronized with our system during the Saturday-Monday period, in line with the agreed SLAs with our clients, that were processed and dispatched from our fulfillment and cross-docking centers within the day (Monday).
November 2024 was a historically record-breaking month for our logistics group. During that period, we processed over 1 000 000 shipments within a single month, or nearly 3 000 000 delivered products, with operational teams totaling just over 200 employees at the time. A comparison with November 2025 shows that we not only processed nearly twice as many shipments, but also that, thanks to our continuous investments in technology and automation, our employees have become significantly more productive, achieving substantially higher shipment volumes with a relatively smaller increase in headcount.
The record volumes in November 2025 were driven not only by the continued growth of the eCommerce sector in Europe, but also by new trends among online merchants at a global level. While Black Friday used to be a single-day event years ago, later evolving into a weekend campaign (Friday to Sunday), Black Friday campaigns now often span several weeks. This trend has effectively shifted the start of the peak season to the very beginning of the month, requiring both online merchants and their fulfillment and logistics partners to plan and prepare earlier to handle the increased demand.
In addition to the opportunities for higher online sales generated by extended promotional campaigns, another factor contributing to the record shipment volumes in our logistics network was the expansion of many online merchants into new markets in 2025. Throughout the year, a significant portion of our clients leveraged our logistics infrastructure, optimized transit times and delivery costs, and established integrations to both enter new markets and launch omnichannel sales (including e-shops, marketplaces, etc.).
Another key factor in the success of our operations in November 2025 was the close coordination between our own fulfillment and cross-docking locations, across our infrastructure of 29 daily line-haul routes, as well as with our partner network of last-mile carriers across Europe. This ensured a smooth transfer of shipments between the different stages of the fulfillment and logistics process and maintained predictability even on the busiest days of the peak month.
Alongside the increase in volumes, our logistics group maintained stable operational performance and strong process control throughout November 2025. Thanks to thorough advance planning and the excellent feedback provided by our clients, we were able to ensure timely processing and dispatch of shipments, as well as delivery predictability, even on the busiest days of the peak period.
These results once again confirm the resilience and continued strong growth of the eCommerce industry in Europe, as well as our readiness to support the growth of online merchants across Europe, both during peak periods and in the long term.
