euShipments Group performance in Q3 2025

Q3 2025 is another highly-successful quarter for euShipments Group, marked by sustained growth and strengthened operational efficiency across all markets. The Group continued to expand its service portfolio and logistics network, enabling partners to scale confidently during the busiest period of the year. New investments in technology and cross-border infrastructure further enhanced speed, reliability, and customer satisfaction. Together, these achievements underscore euShipments Group’s position as a leading provider of cross-border fulfillment and delivery solutions across CEE.

Q3 2025 was marked by further operational growth – between July and September 2025, the Group processed and delivered nearly 4.2 million parcels, representing approximately 20% growth compared to the previous quarter and around 70% year-over-year growth. This translates into more than 11.5 million products successfully delivered to their recipients across our logistics network.

Since the beginning of September, euShipments Group also expanded its operational footprint with significant space extensions in both Zagreb and Bratislava. The fulfillment center in Bratislava now spans 5000 sq.m., enabling extended inventory capacity and improved processing speeds for Central European markets. Meanwhile, the Zagreb facility was expanded to 3300 sq.m., strengthening our ability to support growing eCommerce demand across Croatia, Slovenia, Italy, and other neighboring markets.

During this quarter, we also began preparing to open our newest fulfillment center in Sofia, Bulgaria. Building on our long-standing cross-docking operations in Sofia, we expanded into a brand new warehouse to include full fulfillment services. Throughout Q3 2025, our on-site team underwent extensive training and operational setup to ensure a smooth launch of the new fulfillment activities. Learn more here.

In Q3 2025, our international team across 7 European countries also grew to nearly 400 people, expanding both our operational and administrative teams.

The Group’s client portfolio continued to expand as well, with a rise in eCommerce clients outside of Europe – from key sectors such as fashion, cosmetics, and consumer electronics. This reaffirmed euShipments Group’s position as one of Europe’s leading providers of cross-border logistics, backed by a robust infrastructure and an increasingly diversified merchant base.

During Q3 2025 we successfully tested a new IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) solution in Bucharest, Romania, enabling faster and smoother customs processing for low-value goods entering the EU. By injecting IOSS parcels directly in Romania, the Group’s clients outside of the EU can shorten by 1 day transit times to key markets such as Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, and Cyprus. The new, more efficient entry route of the parcels helps merchants to lower the risk of failed deliveries and improve conversion rates at checkout. The Bucharest setup also supports smoother peak-season operations by reducing the chances of potential delays, making cross-border sales into Southeast Europe more scalable and cost-effective.

In Q3 2025, euShipments Group reinforced its presence in the European eCommerce community by attending and contributing at key industry events.

In July Lora Dimitrova, co-founder and managing partner at euShipments.com, was featured in the prestigious Forbes Women 2025 – a project, celebrating female leaders driving innovation and industry change throughout Europe.
