During Black Friday and the Christmas holidays, every second counts when it comes to quality and timely deliveries of online orders. For this reason, our Croatian team is equipped with several innovative technologies to make logistics processes faster, easier, and more accurate. These are modular parcel lines and ProGlove wearable scanners that are already transforming daily operations for some of our clients.
Modular parcel lines are flexible automated conveyor systems that allow seamless handling of high volumes of parcels. Interconnected modules can be added or removed to adapt to different parcel sizes or weights.
The new modular parcel lines optimize our cross-docking operations in Zagreb. Our team can easily add, reconfigure or remove modules depending on the client’s needs and the available space. These smart machines are much faster compared to traditional systems, and can be set up even inside a truck.
With this upgrade, our team is able to proceed with parcels through the cross-docking process more efficiently and keep deliveries running smoothly for our eCommerce clients.
ProGlove scanners are award-winning wearable wireless barcode scanners. Lightweight and comfortable for full shift use, these smart machines are designed to increase efficiency of the scanning process by offering hands-free operations and seamless integration with existing warehouse systems.
The newly implemented ProGlove scanners allow our Croatian team to scan items faster, while moving more freely – leading to significantly optimized and error-free fulfillment processes. The scanners and their screens are mounted on both forearms. Scanning barcodes and reviewing information on the screen can be done with a single quick gesture without interruptions throughout the daily processes.
