On April 1, 2026, euShipments.com was officially recognized and awarded in the “Deal of the Year” category during the special Forbes Business Awards ceremony. Earlier, during the evaluation phase, our company had been selected as a finalist both in the “Deal of the Year” category and in the “Company of the Year – Services” category.
The “Deal of the Year” award, one of the three special categories at the Forbes Business Awards, was presented to us in recognition of euShipments.com’s successful transaction with Austrian Post, announced in November 2025 and finalized in March 2026.
The evaluation process at the Forbes Business Awards is based on a multi-stage methodology designed to ensure full transparency and objectivity. All applications are reviewed by an independent jury composed of established business leaders, entrepreneurs, and experts. They assess the candidate companies based on clearly defined criteria such as financial performance, growth, innovation, strategic development, and contribution to the economy and society.
For the three special award categories, including “Deal of the Year,” the final selection is validated through a vote by a broad panel of 100 business leaders and professionals, making the recognition a distinction endorsed both by the expert jury and the wider business community.
Although euShipments.com was named a finalist in two categories, the highlight of our participation in the Forbes Business Awards 2026 was winning the “Deal of the year” award. The distinction was granted for the successful partnership we established with Austrian Post, one of the leading postal and logistics operators in Central and Eastern Europe.
We recall that in November 2025, an agreement was announced for Austrian Post to acquire a majority stake in euShipments.com. In early March 2026, the deal was finalized after receiving all necessary regulatory approvals. As a result, our long-standing strategic partner BlackPeak Capital successfully exited its investment, while Austrian Post acquired a 70% stake in our logistics group, with the existing management team and business model of euShipments.com fully preserved.
This partnership is not merely a business transaction with significant mutual benefits for both parties, but a strategic step toward building a strong cross-border network for eCommerce fulfillment and logistics, enhancing the development of eCommerce across Europe. This was also recognized by the Forbes jury, as well as by the 100 established business leaders who voted for the special awards at the Forbes Business Awards, including “Deal of the year.”
