Our new fulfillment center in Ruse, Bulgaria, is now fully operational – both for fulfillment clients and for clients for whom we only perform pure cross-border delivery. All the logistical operations that we carry out in the city of Ruse are now executed at this new location. From fulfillment and international deliveries to customer support and reverse logistics (returns and exchanges) for the entire EU.
The center consists of two buildings connected by 2300 sq.m. of parking space. It has a two-level fulfillment area with scalable capacity. Here we store the products of our fulfillment clients and prepare their online orders for the entire EU. There are special areas available for food and supplements. These areas meet all the hygiene and other requirements of the Bulgarian Food Safety Agency (BFSA) for storing food and supplements for both humans and animals.
There are extensive and convenient cross-docking zones. Here, the volumes of shipments headed to various European destinations are processed – scanned, sorted, grouped, and dispatched to their final recipients. The center also has large zones for receiving products and returns, ensuring fast and quality processes for warehousing and reverse logistics for our clients’ goods.
Our new logistics hub also includes an office area with over 30 offices, housing the company’s administrative departments and the senior management of our logistics group.
Access control and security throughout the center are guaranteed by a security system and a video surveillance system, as well as RFID access systems at the entrances of both buildings.
To keep our business sustainable and environmentally friendly, we use recyclable cardboard picking locations that do not pollute the environment.
The increase in the number of our active clients, as well as the growth in their international sales in recent years, necessitated the need for a new, significantly larger operational location in Ruse – the ‘hometown’ of euShipments.com. After thorough research of the region and the possibilities of scaling our already existing two warehouses in Ruse, we decided to build a new logistics hub. The location was chosen in the Western Industrial Zone of Ruse, providing quick and easy access for freight trucks without the need to enter the central parts of the city.
The location selection was followed by months of intensive construction activities and the phased commissioning of the two buildings. The first building was completed at the end of 2023 and began receiving products and processing online orders for our new fulfillment clients. The second building followed the first in the early months of 2024. Currently, the entire C-level and administrative team of euShipments.com has relocated to their new modern and spacious offices in the new center.
Our new center multiplies our operational space in Ruse. For the needs of online merchants – our clients, we currently have in this new location:

5 loading ramps
400 sq.m. reception area
400 sq.m. returns area
250 sq.m. packing zone
In addition, the company management decided to retain the already equipped previous centers in Ruse, bringing our total operational space in the city to over 12,000 square meters.

Zagreb, Croatia: 2,000 sq.m. of space, 500 pallet spaces
Oradea, Romania: 12,000 sq.m. of space, 5,000 pallet spaces
Bratislava, Slovakia: 3,000 sq.m. of space, 1,980 pallet spaces
Thus, our total own operational space in the EU territory amounts to nearly 30,000 square meters.
