FT1000 2024 - The Financial Times ranking of the fastest growing businesses across Europe includes euShipments.com for the second year in a row

On March 1st, the new ranking FT1000: Europe’s fastest growing companies 2024 was published. euShipments.com was ranked for the second year in a row, occupying the 456th position.

As you know, in the past 2023 we acquired two logistics companies – the Croatian Pick&Pack and the Romanian Helpship. According to the ranking rules, only the results of the Bulgarian company, part of euShipments JSC, are taken into account. At the euShipments logistics group level, however, our results are even more impressive. Given euShipments.com’s 456th place, it is realistic to say that our combined results make us more successful and more dynamically growing than the majority of companies in this year’s FT1000 ranking.

FT1000 – ranking details

The Financial Times is one of the oldest and most respected business media in the world. Every year, the publication’s team analyzes companies from all over Europe and all industries to highlight 1,000 of them with the most dynamic growth. For this year’s ranking, growth in companies’ revenues between the 2019 and 2022 financial years is taken into an account. The FT1000 is an identifier for business success and serves both to distinguish fast-growing companies and to benchmark business in Europe by country, region, industry, financial indicators, etc.

FT1000 – trends in this year’s ranking

This year’s ranking is distinguished by the fact that it already partially reflects the trends in the global business environment caused by the entry of new technologies and especially artificial intelligence (AI). From the 5 Bulgarian companies on the list in 2024, only euShipments.com is not part of the IT/digital technology industry and is the only company closely specialized in the field of eCommerce.

An interesting fact is that in this year’s FT1000 list, we maintain the 13th position among logistic companies in the ranking, as well as the 3rd position among fulfillment operators. At the same time, there is an overall decline in the number of representatives from the logistic sector and other more traditional industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, real estate. The decrease in their numbers is compensated by more companies in the IT, digital technologies, and fintech sectors.

Our business growth is proportionate to the growth of our clients. As a long-term partner to Bulgarian and international eCommerce businesses, euShipments.com processed and delivered nearly 6 million shipments in 2023, compared to 1.8 million in 2022. With this trend, we forecast over 10 million shipments by the end of the year, as well as an even more prestigious position in the FT1000 next year.
